Chase Blackstone Management offers you the convenience of paying your monthly association fees online. You can also access your account information and check your balance.
You have two online payment options. Paying with your bank account or your credit card. The most cost-effective option is paying with your bank account for $3.95 per transaction. However, if you prefer the convenience and benefits offered by credit cards, there is a 3% fee per transaction.
You can now pay online using your credit card. After you sign in to the Zego site, you will be asked to enter the name of your Association and your Chase Blackstone Property Management account number which can be found on your billing statement in the top right corner. (Enter the account number with only the dash at the end.)

This electronic system deducts your monthly association dues from your checking account and ensures that your association fees are always paid on time. Your checking account will be debited the 10th of each month.
